Depending on the complexity of your trip, you’ll receive a detailed proposal ranging from a curated list of recommendations to a multi-page itinerary. This may include accommodations, exclusive perks, must-do activities, and key logistical details.
3. Itinerary
Once finalized, your customized itinerary will be shared in a convenient PDF format and through a mobile itinerary app, ensuring easy access while you travel. If adjustments are needed along the way, I’ll update your app with the latest details.
5. Bon Voyage
From the moment you entrust me with your trip planning, all that’s left for you to do is pack! While you enjoy your journey, I’ll be monitoring for any potential changes or disruptions, so you can focus on what really matters—relaxing and making incredible memories.
Travel Planning Fee
Crafting a seamless and personalized travel experience requires time, expertise, and attention to detail, which is reflected in the trip planning fee. Because every itinerary is custom-designed to your specific needs, pricing varies based on factors such as the number of travelers, destinations, and trip complexity. The minimum planning fee is $550 for up to five guests on the same itinerary. Trip planning fees are nonrefundable, and your exact fee will be discussed upfront before we begin designing your journey.
